At Astek Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging; please note that custom-printed wallpapers and samples are final sale and non-returnable.
Ship It Back
Affix your shipping label and drop off the package at a certified carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
