What is the typical lead time for wallpaper orders?
Most of our designer wallpapers are printed to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships via your selected delivery method.
Do you offer samples of your patterns?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the true color and texture of our products. Samples are available for purchase on each individual product page.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
Unused and unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-printed wallcoverings are non-refundable unless defective.
How do I calculate how much wallpaper I need?
We provide a wallpaper calculator on every product page. Simply enter your wall dimensions, and we will estimate the number of rolls or panels required, including extra for pattern matching.
Do you offer international shipping?
Astek Home ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Are your products eco-friendly?
We are committed to sustainability. Many of our wallcoverings are printed with FSC-certified papers and use low-VOC, water-based inks to ensure a healthy home environment.
